<p><em><strong>Alex Lewis</strong></em></p>
<p><strong>Rand Morimoto</strong>, <strong>Michael Noel</strong>, and <strong>Alex Lewis </strong>all  work for Convergent Computing, an 85-person consulting company that has  been recognized by Microsoft as one of the leaders in Windows  networking technologies. Because of Convergent Computing major  involvement in the deployment of Windows 2003 (beta and production), the  organization has been involved with the entire Windows Server 2003  project beginning with planning sessions conducted back in late-1999  (almost 2 months before even Windows 2000 shipped to the general  public). With thousands of users migrated to the Windows Server 2003,  the experts at Convergent Computing write books based on real life  experiences over 3-years before the projected product release.</p>
<p>Alex Lewis has a mixed background in  telecommunications, IT, and consulting with more than 15 years  experience. Alex has worked with a wide range of environments from small  organizations to large enterprises requiring complex or custom  communications solutions. Alex is a strong believer in the power of  business and technology alignment using technological solutions to  reduce costs and drive revenue. Andrew possesses  an MCSE/MCSA as well   as holding certifications from numerous firewall,  hardware, and software   vendors. <p>Andrew Abbate is  a 17-year veteran of consulting and IT and has a wealth of practical  knowledge about communications, collaboration, and security. <p>Tom Pacyk,  MCITP, MCSE, is a senior systems engineer specializing in Lync, OCS,  and Exchange projects while working at ExtraTeam in the Bay Area, CA.  Tom began his career as a systems administrator and has moved into  working as a consultant for the last five years where he designs and  implements collaboration solutions for large and small customers.
